We have a small shop for mechanical work and a van that can provide mobile service and/or transport customers’ bikes to our location. I used their service a couple years before, and once again they proved they really know what they are doing. I just walked in without appointment and they replaced and installed new brakes in less than an hour, lubricated the cable, and everything was done professionally and for a very reasonable price. Always a great experience, friendly people and solid service. I ll be coming back if I ever need help again with bicycles. Thank you guys!

Horrible experience. Bad communication. Expensive and they even tried to overcharge me. You go to a bike shop because you don't know how to do the repairs yourself but then you get your bike back and have no idea what they did to justify the exorbitant price for their services. Maybe you have to be an expert to appreciate what they do? That might explain the positive reviews. But if you don't it feels like a huge ripoff.
