We repair and maintain road, mountain, gravel, track and triathlon bikes using quality components from trusted manufacturers . We have a small shop for mechanical work and a van that can provide mobile service and/or transport customers’ bikes to our location. Every customer interaction is unique to the person – not just a customer, but someone who trusts us with their bike and we take that relationship seriously.

Horrible experience. Bad communication. Expensive and they even tried to overcharge me. You go to a bike shop because you don't know how to do the repairs yourself but then you get your bike back and have no idea what they did to justify the exorbitant price for their services. Maybe you have to be an expert to appreciate what they do? That might explain the positive reviews. But if you don't it feels like a huge ripoff.

I needed a new cable for the front shifter on my bike. I went to google to do a search and happened to come across UBG and am I glad I did. Vicky and Freddie are great people. You can really see their passion for helping their fellow riders keep on the road. It's a great place to take your bike if you're looking for people who will take care of your bike as if it was theirs. Freddie did an amazing job on the bike. Shifting is better than ever.
