Went into the shop to pick up a board. George took real good care of me. Guided me through an easy yet comprehensive process. Ensured I was set up with what was right for me. And put together the board on the spot. Stayed a bit to talk and get to know the shop a bit more. Looking forward to coming back and buying more boards once i shred through this one :)

I had a great experience at Stix today, went in to get a new deck gripped and bearings replaced. George helped me, did a great job on the grip and was very knowledgeable. Completely changed the gear over to the new deck and installed the new bearings. The shop was clean and everything looked great, I’ll definitely be going back!

I came to shop today and even made sure it said they were open online. There was a sign on the door saying they were out to lunch and they'd be back in 30 minutes. I waited on a nearby bench about 40 minutes and no one ever showed. This is unprofessional for a business to do. I see this has happened before. I should've checked the reviews before wasting my time.

This is my local shop so I am in there often. They have a great selection of decks, wheels, shoes, Tshirts, and trucks. Best of all is the rewards program they have. Each of the folks that have attended to me have been fantastic and the owner has helped track down specific items I wanted. If you have a chance, check them out or one of the other 2 shops (Claremont and So. Pasadena.)

I’m 15 I MADE my dad bring me 2 times. The first time they were on lunch with a sign that said we’ll be back in 30 minutes we waited nearly an hour and no one came so we left. Second time (today) there closed even though the app said open😐.
