Daniel, Nathan, and the whole crew at RPM garage are awesome. They did a full suspension, wheels, tire, armor upgrade on my 2024 Toyota Land Cruiser 250. They were detail oriented, kept me in the loop often, and have been super accommodating for some of my follow up visits to get everything fine tuned. Best Toyota off-road shop in Southern California. I drove from South OC because of their reputation and I’m happy I did.
Got my alignment done here and the truck tracks straight as an arrow and feels comfortable on the highway. Alignment tech Daniel was very helpful and actually listened to what I needed done. He asked the right questions and tested my alignment a couple times on and off the rack to make sure it was all dialed in. I highly value a shop who actually cares and Steve did a good job hiring his staff. Thumbs up for RPM garage! Thanks again Daniel !
I’ve taken many different vehicles to them over the years and spent more money than I would like to admit and the reason I keep going back here is because one time I had an issue with one of my trucks and the suspension, the Toyota dealers and all the other popular Toyota shops in SoCal like 88 rotors and toy shop and yotamasters simply couldn’t figure it out all guessed some theories and flat out admitted they didn’t know what was wrong, I took it to rpm and they were able to diagnose it in a few hours and ordered the right parts I needed and got me squared away. The difference between these guys and the other shops are they can actually diagnose and do real mechanical work here while the other shops just bolt on suspension and cut corners. Daniel and the rest of the guys are extremely knowledagble and just by talking with them you can see the wealth of experience they have. They’ve always done meticulous care on my vehicles and I can’t recommend them enough
A+ Experience. Their reputation as a SoCal Land Cruiser service mecca is well-deserved. I brought my LC100 in for wiring damage (rodents!) as well as some secondary air pump system (emissions BS) repairs. A few other items like brake job, Morimoto lighting kit came up in the process and Nathan & Daniel kept me informed throughout the process. They even provided me an option for after-hours pickup. Even though the shop is far from my home I will be returning for the excellent service.
4.9? Guess I’m one of the exceptions. This garage is a nice setup. Guys are nice but the work they did for me was surprisingly sloppy. Maybe my guy was the new guy I don’t know. But after I took my truck home I could see the mistakes the mechanic made. Sloppy simple mistakes. Prices are reasonable. But the work was disappointing to say the least. I was gonna go back to have them clean up the slop but decided not to considering it was an hour and a half drive for me.
