Dr Hardy and his staff are angels! They welcomed our sweet little kitten with open arms when he needed them most and with their expertise were able to mend what was wrong with him! We knew we were in good hands from the moment we called - Albert was calm, kind, and reassuring on the phone and made us feel confident in our choice to bring our sweet boy here. We are so grateful to Best Friends Hospital and recommend them to any pet owner!!
After my auntie mentioned some concerns about this place, I checked the CA Vet Board’s records. It turns out Dr. Hardy has faced multiple disciplinary actions, including a 5k fine for sending home a critically ill puppy without proper discharge instructions - the puppy unfortunately passed away the next day. There's also ANOTHER 5k fine because they said the clinic is gross/unsanitary and the staff is untrained. These aren't rumors - they're official findings from the board themselves. I urge everyone to look it up for yourself because I’m honestly shocked that no one has mentioned this yet???
DAMN DAMN DAMN I SHOULD HAVE READ REVIEWS FIRST. STAY AWAY!!!!!, they quote one price then charge another, they are a scam. Doctor spent two minutes with my dog who I already knew was healthy. STAY AWAY Let these scam places just go out of business. 5 stars I doubt it. Please stay away on my behalf. Assistant girl rude too, I will say the girl full of energy who answers phone was nice.
