Today we took our 3 daughters to go have fun and enjoy themselves here and we were not disappointed!!!! The customer service was a 10 out of 10! Right when we walked in Jesse was very professional and polite and welcomed us with a smile. Christina and Vale were helpful when asking for assistance and answered our questions about maybe having our 3 year old daughters Bday party here. YOU NEES TO COME AND BRING YOUR CHILD OR CHILDREN HERE! They will have fun all day! From playing with giant Legos, riding their animal carts, to playing air hockey and dancing in their dance area with lights and music! There's something for everyone. By far the best Kids Empire I've been to and I've been to many. But what made thus one memorable was the customer service and Managment!

Jesse was real helpful real nice. Gave us the prices on a party for our 4 yr old daughter. Him and His co worker Christina were amazing. We will definitely be coming back soon with our 4 daughters.

Great place to bring the kids they will have lots of fun and wear themselves out
I definitely recommend and bring my son quite a lot
Location is very clean, staff is friendly and it is a good experience
Even has a separate area for toddlers

“Our Son Was Injured – No Answers, No Accountability”
We had a distressing experience at Kids Empire during our visit on July 4th around 3 PM. While playing on the “dropping net,” our young son suffered a head injury that required an emergency room visit and two staples. There was visible bleeding on the ground.
We were at the facility but didn’t witness exactly what happened—it occurred very quickly. Afterward, we asked to review the video footage to understand how the injury occurred. Kids Empire declined, stating they only release footage to law enforcement. We contacted the police, but they informed us that they couldn’t request footage since no crime was involved and advised us to contact an attorney instead.
We also requested a refund for the 6 unused tickets from a 10-ticket package purchased that day. Unfortunately, the response was that “all sales are final,” even in light of what happened.
What’s most upsetting is not just the injury—but the lack of support, transparency, or follow-up from staff or management. There was no incident report, no clear explanation, and no outreach from the facility afterward.
We sincerely hope Kids Empire reevaluates its policies on safety, communication, and customer care. Parents: stay close to your children and be aware that if something serious happens, you may not get the answers or support you deserve.

Everything was taken care of. They provided the decorations. They said the decorations up they provided the pizza and the goodie bags. Kids just get lost and have fun. It was the best we were able to bring in 25 kids and 25 adults. We were able Bring outside food before the pizzas came. They provided the cake. We did have to bring in forks but other than that they provided the drinks. It was a lot of fun.!
