We repair and maintain road, mountain, gravel, track and triathlon bikes using quality components from trusted manufacturers . We have a small shop for mechanical work and a van that can provide mobile service and/or transport customers’ bikes to our location. Every customer interaction is unique to the person – not just a customer, but someone who trusts us with their bike and we take that relationship seriously.

Horrible experience. Bad communication. Expensive and they even tried to overcharge me. You go to a bike shop because you don't know how to do the repairs yourself but then you get your bike back and have no idea what they did to justify the exorbitant price for their services. Maybe you have to be an expert to appreciate what they do? That might explain the positive reviews. But if you don't it feels like a huge ripoff.
My transportation is the bike I own. UBG has helped me out and got me rolling again everytime I asked. Really appreciate their expertise and willingness to help out. Great work, thanks
Took my bike here to get a new cockpit installed, I had heard good things about it. Left very disappointed. They broke my derailleur hangar, charged me for bike tape when all they did was remove it from my old cockpit, the aero bars were on crooked, they didn’t want to adjust anything since they wanted the fitter to do it, so everything was loose and had to get it fixed elsewhere, my cable pops out from the bottom of my bike when it didn’t before, I was given one price to begin with, I was told, “if you get here first, we’ll work on you bike first” I got there before both employees did and I was there for over 3 hours. My bike was not the first one to be worked on, I was told to come back in an hour and it would be done. I came back in an hour and my bike was still sitting outside, it had not been touched. My bike had just been serviced prior to me taking it there, I had just bought it, so none of the issues they mentioned should have even existed. After paying more than 2x times what I was told, I swore to never go back there. This shops tends to break more than they fix. I hate writing negative reviews, but after having a friend go there more than 3x for the same issue and then not fixing it and blaming her for their negligence, I thought I’d write a review so others are more careful and more attentive. I will not be coming back here and I will be sticking with my local bike shop, Incycle Rancho or Chino.

I received excellent support from Unchained Bicycle Garage at the Mammoth Gran Fondo. The gentleman who helped replace my rear derailleur cable was kind, thorough, and did a great job and I was able to finish the race! Would definitely recommend UBG for any bike needs.
