Everything about working with them was wonderful. The quote was professionally assessed and straightforward. I was given options and had a quote in hand (via email) for a signature a few hours later. The work was done swiftly and accurately. The three workers were polite and efficient and kept a clean work area. I cannot recommend them enough!
We called after hours on Wednesday and by 10:00 am the following day, we had David at our house ready to help us with our AC. He was great at diagnosing the problem quickly, had the part needed ON HIS TRUCK and efficiently replaced the part to restore our AC to its wonderful cooling power on one of the hottest days this summer in record time. In addition to his professional performance, he had a very friendly personality. We have been customers for years because of their excellent customer service and fair prices and this service call was no exception to that record.
