My indoor/outdoor cat was attacked by a stray and wounded. I couldn't tell the extent bc he wouldn't let me near it. Being new to the area, I didn't have a vet established yet. I called multiple vet hospitals and they all told me they were too full to see him that day, except for Best Friends! They got me in same day. My cat needed surgery that day, and a few follow up appointments. All went smoothly. Very kind and caring staff. The Veterinarian is calm and responsive and you can tell there is a respectful atmosphere in the office. The Vet's cat and small dog were in the office- I've never seen that done before. They roam freely and seemed unaffected by the animals coming in for care.
The staff there was fabulous! There were friendly, gave me advice and were very informative about my dog. My dog is so much better!! He's running around and playful again!! Thank you Best friends !! I'm recommending your Pet Faucility to my friends Also their prices were reasonable! Your guys are the BEST!!
I had a disappointing experience at this clinic. The vet didn’t take the time to properly explain my pet’s condition or treatment options, leaving me confused and frustrated. On top of that, the prices are way too high for the level of care provided.
"Learn how to type in proper English before you try and write an entire paragraph when you complain. Animal medicine is expensive in general and there is usually always a wait unless your pet is actually dying at that moment. If not then you and your pet will have to wait and it WILL be expensive. Maybe have your pet fixed/spayed before you want to cry about vet bills. It would have been a lot cheaper to have a dog then." was reading reviews and saw the owner responded with this to someone who left a bad review with a good reason.. Such a bad response while not even answering / addressing the customers' concerns of why they were quoted different prices than originally promised and having their time not respected. Just reading the reviews makes me never want to go here
Dr Hardy and his staff are angels! They welcomed our sweet little kitten with open arms when he needed them most and with their expertise were able to mend what was wrong with him! We knew we were in good hands from the moment we called - Albert was calm, kind, and reassuring on the phone and made us feel confident in our choice to bring our sweet boy here. We are so grateful to Best Friends Hospital and recommend them to any pet owner!!
