I needed a passenger lock cover for my 2000bmw 323i wagon. And David took care of it. He beyond what was expected. David went to the bmw dealership to place an order for the part in person. Also took the time to see if they had matching touch up paint that I could purchase. But instead of just notifying me that they had the paint available for me to purchase there, he went the extra nine yards and picked it for me. He also went out of his way to bring the lock cover to my car at a job I was working at to check that it fit. That's customer service you will not find anywhere else. They take care of you at G&M automotive. I'm taking the that employee to lunch 3 times his choice when and where. I'm doing this because he went well beyond what a business should do. I'm have an airport shuttle service and I want my vehicle to look it's best for the client I'm shuttling. And having that lock cover missing just looked embarrassingly terrible. So he went the whole nine yards for me because I was doing a job on strict deadline, I'm doing a nice thing in return times 3 to show my appreciation for making my car presentable for my clients that ride in my car.

These guys are the best. My car runs absolutely amazing. Timing chain, oil pan and a few other things. My car runs so WELLLLL. They are very reasonable and above all fair.
I will definitely take my BMW there again for any more repairs.

Took my car in for a timing chain and head gasket. Staff is friendly and seem to be knowledgeable. Well, my car was a different story. Took almost 3 months (I didn't bug too much because I had a child on the way and I didn't 'need' the car). Get the car back and it feels peppy. Drive the car and check engine light comes on and I go back and get it cleared. Tech tells me that maybe a sensor is going bad, come back if it does. Well, light comes back on and I park the car for a few days. Unrelated maybe related, the radiator goes bad. This time I take it to the dealer and they tell me the wrong hardware and cross threaded fasteners were found on the front clip as well as the timing was advanced. Now I paid over $4000 for this repair and it wasn't done right. So I'm taking it upon myself to do the job right and I am finding wrong and missing hardware, loose bolts or bolts wound down with an impact. Whats a torque wrench?? I will not be going back to get any work done in the future. I am quite disappointed and will not let them touch the car. I dont trust the workmanship of whoever worked on the car. I suspect multiple people and that's why quality is an issue. I guess live and learn.

My daughter has been coming to G & M Auto for ever. When I got divorced, I moved in with my daughter. I value her opinion and decided to bring my auto to G & M auto. I am thankful I did.The staff are very helpful and very knowledgable about about your concern. I am thankful, I came to G & M.
