Everyone there had an awful nasty attitude and were extremely rude. On top of that they over extremely charged me for tire service. You can find better quality for way cheaper anywhere else.

I needed a passenger door lock cover for my 2000bmw 323i wagon. And David took care of it. He went beyond what was expected. David went to the bmw dealership to place an order for the part in person. Also took the time to see if they had matching touch up paint that I could purchase. But instead of just notifying me that they had the paint available for me to purchase he went the extra nine yards and picked it up for me. He also went out of his way to bring the lock cover to my car at a job I was working at to check that it fit. That's customer service you will not find anywhere else. They take care of you at G&M automotive. I have an airport shuttle service and I want my vehicle to look it's best for the client I'm shuttling to the airport. And having that lock cover missing just looked embarrassingly terrible. So he went the whole nine yards for me because I was doing a job on a strict deadline and he brought the part to my job. I'm doing a nice thing in return taking him to lunch 3 times to show my appreciation for making my car presentable for my clients that ride in my car to get to the airport.

When my wife and I moved to Monrovia, we were in search of a trustworthy mechanic to keep our 1981 Mercedes diesel in good working order. Robert and his team have met that need and then some. The whole crew is very conscientious of our repair needs and budget. Joe is a master at tuning our diesel. G & M has made some pretty amazing improvements to our car over the past two years.

Amazing customer service!
My New Beetle is now out of warranty, so when I experienced a problem I called G&M as my first stop for repairs. I have been a happy customer for more than 20 years. I trust Robert and the shop employees; they are honest and have fair prices.

Take your car here! A review from an ex mechanic.
I'm not one to write reviews, but I'm a strong believer in giving credit when credit is due. Typically I work on my own vehicle because I've found that the service and quality of work from so called "specialist" is usually no where close to the amount of $$ I fork up. Needless to say, I was a little hesitant to take my unique 99 Eurovan camper to G&M when I started to experiencing catastrophic axle failure on way home from Big Bear to Oakland. To make matters worst I already knew that this axle is no longer supported (VW doesn't even have a part number for it!). Knowing this was going to be a monumental task I started to call around to see if I could find someone that even remotely knew what I was talking about. Thankfully G&M came to my rescue! It was clear they knew exactly the dilemma I was in without needing to explain it to them.
The quality of service from the moment I they picked up the phone to the moment I left was TOP NOTCH! They went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of during every step of the process. From arranging a rental car, rides, to recommendations, these guys did everything without asking. Oh and did I mention they located a part that would work to get me home and got it their the same day! These guy's crushed it! If I ever move to So-Cal I will definitely be taking my vehicles here! Thanks again G&M team!
